Tsukuba, Ibaraki, Japan｜筑波山 むらさき

I ate Kenchin Udon, a specialty of this region, and it was full of vegetables and the soup was very delicious.

At the end of July, I stopped by on my way home from visiting Tsukubasan Shrine. The shop's proud yam soba was rich and refreshing, and it was very delicious with a good compatibility with the soup stock. Located halfway up Mt. Tsukuba, it was a very comfortable place with a natural breeze.

I ate yam soba. Both the dashi and soba are homemade, and the yam goes really well with the dashi! It was really delicious. Udon is also a characteristic noodle like Hoto, so I want to eat it next time.
