Tsukuba, Ibaraki, Japan｜自然薯そば茅

This is the best soba noodle restaurant in Japan for me. The noodle is soft and aroma of Ibaraki's famous rice. The cold soba comes with Ibaraki's famous taro tp mix with soy sauce. If you come to cycling aling the famous national cycling route (Tsuchiura-Tsukuba), you must visit this restaurant for you lunch!!

Great food. Nice service with the drive. All with Mt Tsukuba outside the window
