Tsukuba, Ibaraki, Japan｜Houshin Ramen & Yakiniku

Lovely staff, delicious ramen and shumai. All of it is handmade right there in the shop.

I had Toyoshin ramen, gyoza, and half fried rice. Especially the ramen and gyoza are delicious! The manager's special sumi sesame-based soup is simply dandan noodles without minced meat. It looked spicy, but it wasn't that spicy, but it was spicy and had a delicious flavor. The gyoza is also good, with a firm dough and filling, and a crispy grilled surface. I found it while passing by and went in. It was a hit. This is a shop I'd like to visit again if I'm in the area. Thank you for the meal.

After climbing Mt. Tsukuba, I went with a friend while waiting for the bus from Tsukuba Yamaguchi Station. The atmosphere is nice, and the food is even better! I ordered Hoshin ramen and fried rice and ate it delicious from beginning to end! It was a shop that I would like to visit again.
