2023.02.11 A soba restaurant that is only open on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. This is a style where you purchase from a ticket vending machine after entering the store. I ordered Tenzaru Soba. There is no large serving of soba! Since it's a popular shop and it's hand-made, I don't get a lot of it, so I felt like they didn't have large portions. I liked the soba noodles because they were made firmer with less moisture. It may be a little hard for elderly people. This is really delicious soba noodles. I recommend it♪

repeater The soba noodles are not smooth and have a slightly hard texture, but the taste and price are the best. It's a pity that there is no tempura sauce, but salt is provided, and the soba-yu is thick and delicious.

A lot of things have been said, but even though it was a Sunday during Golden Week, it was empty. I didn't have to write out a reservation form outside, and even after purchasing my meal ticket, I was quickly shown to my seat. They were generally friendly ladies. Water and tea are self-service. The serving time for the food was about 10 to 15 minutes. I chose tempura, but I think vegetable tempura will probably be available in season from time to time. Today's kakiage is Nobiru, pumpkin, carrot, and onion. Everything was warm and looked freshly made. The soba noodles are also handmade in the store, so they are chewy and delicious. You can also see the handmade scene through the glass. There are also local souvenirs next to the entrance. Today we have orange mustard and turmeric powder that smells great, and mugwort mochi. The mugwort mochi we ate outside under the cherry blossom tree was delicious! There is an ashtray next to it.
