The menu is centered around hand-made soba noodles, with a wide lineup ranging from soba restaurant menus to Chinese cuisine, making it truly a diner. Ramen costs only one coin. The soup is very clear and has a refreshing taste. The noodles are made by Morishoken and are cooked to just the right degree. The char siu is made from pork thighs and has a firm texture on the tongue, making it satisfying to eat. The menma also tastes like it's homemade. When you drizzle some spicy homemade chili oil on the table, the soup becomes completely delicious with a different flavor. Refreshing ramen that you can eat quickly. It's a delicious Shimodate ramen that you can eat about 3 bowls in a row 🥳 Highly recommended among the many Shimodate ramen 🍜
