The tuna salt, soy sauce, and miso tsukemen were all really delicious. You can choose from thick noodles, flat noodles, and thin noodles. The flat noodles have a chewy texture similar to udon. All of the soups had a strong fishmeal flavor and were so delicious that I wanted to gulp them down. The gyoza was an unusual flavor that I had never eaten before, but it was also delicious! The staff's service was also very pleasant, and I am very satisfied that I found a good shop.

It seems that my senior was originally a regular customer of Yamabiko, so I asked him to tell me about it, and I went there once. I ate it with miso char siu flat noodles that my senior liked to eat. The moment I ate it, I was so moved that my chopsticks stopped. It was so delicious! I want to eat ramen at Yamabiko again! (The clerk was also nice and polite!)

I visited for lunch after 11 o'clock on a weekday. Lunch set of tuna salt ramen and chashu rice bowl. The ramen had a delicious combination of yuzu flavor and dashi stock. A customer came in with a child, and the staff was very courteous and gave him a good impression.
