Since I make soba myself, I visited after 1:30pm on a Friday in search of the taste of a famous restaurant. The structure of the store is stylish and hidden away. The bamboo outside is also nice. The staff member also pleasantly told me, ``Starting today, we have new soba noodles.'' I was going to order Tenzaru, but I was disappointed that it was sold out, but I ordered a large serving of Seiro. The large portion is quite large. Since it is made from 100% new soba noodles, it had a good aroma, thin noodles, and a chewy texture.I enjoyed the soba noodles themselves with just a little bit of spicy soup. The type of soba is Kitawa Sesoba from Hokkaido. Will I be able to make soba like this myself? I'll be heading to Tenseiro again. Thank you for the meal!

You can enjoy delicious soba slowly (≧∇≦) Spicy daikon radish soba is really spicy, so half and 1/3 of the grated radish may be enough!

Although it is a popular soba restaurant, I was able to enter without lining up on my first visit. The price is high even for a soba restaurant. However, it has an elegant taste with the scent of soba and smooth throat. I got the impression that the staff were lively and friendly.
