This is my favorite among the many Shimodate ramen shops. The light and flavorful soup combined with the sweetness of the chicken skin makes it very delicious.

Other customers seem to ask for [Shimodate ramen (maybe soy sauce?)], I ate [Tanmen] with chicken skin topping❗✨ The chicken skin itself seemed to be more suitable for soy sauce ramen, It was the first time I ate it, so it was very delicious. Also, I want to eat other ramen. I want to eat tanmen too❗✨

It was my first time to eat ramen with chicken skin, and it was surprisingly sweet and delicious. I'll come back later! !
