Order the recommended seasonal set menu. On this day, we have kenchin soup, soba and shrimp, lotus root, oyster tempura, small bowl, pickles, and dessert soba pudding. The soba noodles are thick and chewy country soba noodles, and the aroma spreads in your mouth. The soup had a refreshing taste that did not interfere with the soba noodles, but if you add soba water later, the sweet soup stock will stand out. All tempura are delicious, but especially oysters are more delicious than fried. Kenchin soup was also the best so far with fragrant soup stock and a slightly tangy aftertaste. The pudding is also smooth, bitter and very well balanced. He was a master who offered delicious food with a smile, and a soba restaurant that made me want to go again. *The entrance to the parking lot is narrow, but there is a large parking space.
