You can also customize your order with more or less breading, darker or lighter frying, and getting the various sauces on the side. I had the miso cutlet (roast) and it was excellent...sweet, light fat and ZERO greasy feeling. This is joy for the tongue and light on the tummy. The only problem is that, because it's so good, this place gets crowded. Go early and be prepared to wait. It's worth it!
