Ushiku, Ibaraki, Japan｜Handmade Tezukuri Soba Kiyori

Wonderful soba (special raw ones, uneven with special taste) and nice desert (made with soba floor too). Coffee is also very nice, put in handmade Japanese style cup. Local beer has special taste, a bit more sparkling than normal beer. Last point is the room: really cosy and nice for small group discussions. Staff also always ready for any query. Conclusion: very nice restaurant!

We had an appetizer and three kinds of soba noodles in an old folk house with jazz music. Mizukoshi soba, which is made by adding 60% water, was refreshing.
