A popular restaurant that fills up as soon as it opens, with very good quality meat and oil. A limited quantity of rib roast can be eaten if you make a reservation or go according to the opening. Rice and miso soup are charged separately. Tonkatsu has a thin batter and is crispy like crispy. It's easy to peel off the thin late meat, but the feeling of hospitality until it is served is just like a restaurant. From tea to pickled vegetables to miso soup, everything is meticulously done. Personally, I prefer salt to sauce, and soy sauce to salt. It takes time to serve, but you won't get bored just watching the exchange between the chef and the staff, so I recommend sitting at the counter. Parking will be easier in the back.
