The set menu offers delectable dishes that beautifully showcase the restaurant's style. Each dish is thoughtfully presented in a small bowl, and while they are satisfying, I believe they provide an ample amount of calories.

Was invited to this restaurant for dinner by a collaborating research group from Tsukuba. My only limitation was that I live on a vegan diet. I tell you: this was the best dinner I have ever had! The chef is a mastermind! Every single dish was wonderful!

You could expect nice organic foods at this restaurant, but don’t expect much service during lunch hours. 1100yen for lunch as of July 2019.
