There was a long line at the Abura Soba specialty store that opened next to Gindako, so I went there with my kids. You buy a ticket, take a seat at the counter, wait for the food to come out, and when it comes out, add vinegar and chili oil to your taste, mix well, and eat. If you like, you can add finely chopped onions as a topping, and it was really delicious. I also added yuzu pepper. Fit! A paper apron is also provided to prevent splatters! The inside of the store was also nice and clean.
