It was my first time. Viet cong ramen. It has medium-thin noodles in a soy sauce base, stir-fried bean sprouts and chives, pork and some garlic solids on top. The soup was a little light, but the stir-fried vegetables had a slightly strong flavor, so it was just right for me. The garlic doesn't have much of an odor and is soft and melts when you put it in your mouth. The Showa-era atmosphere inside the store is now a valuable asset, and I hope it continues for a long time. Thank you for the meal.

"Shinkyo" is located in Ryugasaki City, Ibaraki Prefecture. I came to try Ibaraki Prefecture's local ramen, ``Best Condition Ramen.'' (*It is popularly known as an abbreviated name, but it is the same as a derogatory term used by people in a certain Southeast Asian country, so I will specify the full name of the ramen. It would have been better if it was abbreviated to Bescon Ramen.) The order is Best condition ramen 700 yen. Half fried rice 500 yen. The total cost was 1200 yen. cheap. There is a set menu of regular soy sauce ramen (salt ramen as well) and half fried rice, but there is no set of best condition ramen and half fried rice, so each item must be ordered separately. To put it simply, ramen is chives stir-fried with about 10 garlic cloves and served on soy sauce ramen. Honestly...it's just delicious. Really. The flavor of the stir-fried vegetables and the flavor of the liver go perfectly with the ramen. After all...vegetables on ramen must be stir-fried. I felt it again. The garlic is also stir-fried and delicious. The noodles are moist and chewy with a lot of water. The fried rice was unmarked... but it was excellent with a perfect texture. good. In terms of quantity, it felt similar to a regular serving of fried rice. Well, it's been a while since I ate delicious junk ramen. 5 stars without a doubt. Definitely a repeat decision. (I don't know if it's junk or if it's closer to legitimate town Chinese food.I don't know which one. This ramen. It depends on the person.) I really didn't have high expectations...(Sorry...) The moment the ramen arrived and I put the soup and fried chives on top into my mouth, it was delicious. Yes, the winner. I visited there for lunch while touring the Ushiku Daibutsu. Please come and enjoy the set. Recommended. By the way, there is a parking lot for a total of 5 cars, 3 spaces next to the store and 2 spaces diagonally across the road.

An old-fashioned Chinese restaurant. The inside of the store is retro, but clean, and the glass cups are beautiful. I had the chashu noodles. The light but flavorful and clear soup, the medium-thick curly noodles that blended well with the soup, and the soft, low-fat chashu pork were very well-balanced and delicious. Next time I would like to try the fried rice too.
