A popular soba restaurant crowded with tourists and locals. It's crowded during lunchtime on holidays, so please fill out the name list in the store and wait until you are called. Hitachiaki Soba has a sweet aroma and the noodles are freshly made here, so they are chewy and delicious. The soba soup may be a little too strong. We recommend the "Daimyo Tenzaru Soba". This restaurant's signature dish, the tempura jumbo shrimp tempura, is made with shrimp from end to end. The shrimp tempura of nabeyaki udon had a thick batter and was very thin on the inside... The shrimp tempura was so delicious that you would think it would cost 1,000 yen just for the shrimp! The soba soup was sweet and I was very satisfied. It's a little small, but it's a restaurant that's crowded with families and has a pleasant sound of local farmers drinking in the daytime.
