It was one of a kind restaurant. The ramen is very tasty with loads of vegetables and edible flower paddle. The shop only operates 1 week of a month, so check the schedule before going there. It seems they are doing event in other places, so if you are interested you can go to those places, the information is in there Instagram page. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Really lovely ramen shop that is piled with veggies. Looks great. Tastes great, It's healthy and doesn't contain any animals.

Great vegetarian ramen in Tsukuba area. Price is around 1000-1200 ¥. The portion will be enough to fulfill your hungry stomach at lunch time. The chef is nice and friendly, while I was there, I amazed with Him, that serving the dishes alone by himself. I love the compilation of vegetables in a portion of ramen. I'd love to go there again.
