Hitachiaki Soba had thin noodles, which is my favorite type of soba, and it was chewy and I thoroughly enjoyed it. When it comes to soba, I think this is one of the best soba restaurants in the area.

There were many tatami mat seats, and there was no inconvenience even with a baby. Thank you for your warm hospitality. The soba noodles are also delicious, and although they are thin, they are chewy.

The store clerk's response is pleasant. I asked for a mackerel simmered in miso set for lunch, and I wanted to have soba noodles with grated radish soup, and when I asked, I was happy to accept it (^ ^) I also like the soba-yu, which is thick and thick☆ Next time I will order Shinobuan (actually, this is the only one with grated daikon radish juice), and I will also try tempura.
