More Comments at Google MapSoba with thin noodles and a firm texture. As for the tempura, not only the large shrimp tempura but also the vegetable tempura is very melty. Onions and peppers are the best. On Saturdays and Sundays, there is only an a la carte menu instead of a lunch menu. I happened to go at a time when there weren't many people, so it was very relaxing. It was a luxurious holiday where we could relax and listen to the sounds of cooking.
The soba noodles are thin and chewy, and the sauce is not sweet, which suits my tastes and is probably the most delicious soba I've ever eaten. The fried eggs and tempura are also delicious. I heard that the soba chef at the shop renovated an old property himself when he was young. The customer service by the lady is a little rough, but it's a homely atmosphere, and that's what makes me so addicted (lol). It's my favorite soba restaurant that I keep coming back to.
It's delicious no matter when you go. Among them, five-colored soba is the best.
