More Comments at Google MapDuring a trip to Ibaraki. Since I was visiting from Ehime, I really wanted to eat soba in the Kanto region, so I searched for a restaurant with good reviews on the way and decided on it. My husband and I ordered soba noodles and tempura soba. I come from a place that is not so familiar with soba culture that I can talk about the taste of soba, but I simply found soba to be delicious. When I asked a few questions about Ushiku Daibutsu, the young hostess serving customers asked me about it. He answered me politely, and the general from the kitchen in the back also gave me various advice, which was very helpful during my trip. I came across a very nice restaurant with good taste and friendly people. It may be difficult next time since it's far away, but I'll keep it in my memory. The other regular customers were all ordering sets with rice bowls. In terms of price, it's definitely more expensive than Shikoku udon, but I think it's about this much for soba. Most importantly, it's delicious.
Is delicious. I also like the atmosphere of the store, which is like a Japanese soba restaurant. In addition, the general and the proprietress are also good people, the general is a generous type full of goodwill, and the proprietress has a soft and gentle atmosphere, which is probably the reason why it is a popular store. Before I left the store, I had finished paying for two sets. "The soba was really delicious!" “Should have been a big serving!” Both groups were highly praised. myself like that “Should have been a big serving!” However, I asked for a cutlet bowl set, so it was just right. If you're not that picky, I think the set menu will fill you up. I'm a heavy eater, so next time I'll ask for a large serving. lol It's a recommended shop, so please come and visit us.
A delicious soba restaurant with a friendly owner. The soba has a strong aroma and is very delicious. Katsudon's bonito soup and rice are the best. However, the buckwheat soup is normal from the beginning, and I don't have enough room to add sobayu, so if possible, I would like you to put it out in a tokkuri. Even so, it's a delicious restaurant. Revisited in May 2023. The soup is served in a tokkuri, and I was able to mix it with sobayu. The soba noodles have a good aroma as usual, and it was the right choice for a large serving. Ibaraki really has a high level of soba restaurants! I think this is the best among them. Revisited in August 2023. Really delicious! The soba was so delicious that I got hooked on it, so I ate about half of it with just the wasabi without dipping it in the sauce. Just as you can eat really delicious rice by itself, the soba here is so delicious that you can eat it all without pickling anything. Of course, the soup is also delicious and is the golden ratio for this soba. The tempura and pickles are all well-balanced! Shiga's sara soba was also great, but this is my No. 1. Thank you Isamian!
