My favorite soba. The level around the Soba Kaido is high❗️ The thin, chewy noodles were entwined with the soup from the bamboo steamer, and they were gone in no time... Yuzu works too. The soba was properly drained, so the noodles didn't stretch until the end, and the soup didn't dilute, so it was a perfect bamboo steamer!

It was a store that happened to be passing by. There is a parking lot in front of the store entrance where you can park 2 cars, but I wonder if the parking lot behind the pharmacy next door is easier to park! It was my first visit on weekdays, so I don't usually know, but the owner alone ordered, cooked, served food, accounting, and cleaned up. The soba was really delicious and I always said "Uma-Uma-". Tempura and other dishes were delicious and I got the impression that they were very polite. Repeat confirmed

I stopped by by chance while touring. The soba noodles are delicious, but the tempura is served with salt and you can really feel the taste of the vegetables. It probably takes time to make the soba after ordering, but the taste is sure and the price is reasonable.
