More Comments at Google MapThere is no soba written on the signboard. A soba restaurant known only to those in the know. Parking is at a nearby pachinko parlor. The store is housed in an old house and has a nostalgic atmosphere. Ordered Tenseiro. It comes with crispy fried shrimp heads, which is also delicious! It's too delicious. The soba noodles are thin and have a good texture. The soup stock is shared between soba and tempura.
It is a valuable shop that is open until 17:00. When I went to the Ami outlet in the afternoon, I happened to find a shop nearby that was still open. It took less than 20 minutes by car from Ami. I parked my car because there was a parking sign. It's a small shop, but it's quite spacious inside. Mr. Hanaban guided me to a table seat in the back. There was a group of customers. It seems like a regular customer. Looking at the menu, I asked for 800 yen for zaru soba and 1,200 yen for sobagaki. The buckwheat was served first. Sobayu is spread in a fairly large green-glazed pottery, and six long, whitish buckwheat noodles are floating inside. I knew at a glance that this was a delicious soba-gaki. 😄 Condiments are soybean flour and grated soy sauce. When you take a bite, it is very delicious as expected with a soft texture that melts in your mouth. Smoothness using only fine powder is excellent. I don't have much experience with this smoothness at other shops. I received up to five as they were, and the last one was a condiment. After that, it is a bamboo steamer. Neat green soba noodles are served on a large bowl. Thinly sliced soba noodles with a beautiful green color and a sense of transparency, with sharp edges. If you eat it as it is, it has a pleasant aroma and is finely chopped, but it also has a nice texture. This soba is also excellent. Sobayu was a rich type and delicious.
I thought this was the most delicious soba I've ever eaten. I was leaning forward so much that I forgot to take a photo. 10 minutes by car from my workplace. It's a masterpiece that you want to eat at least once a week. Also, fish cakes! ! ! I trusted the reviews from other posters and tried it. This is also exquisite! If you haven't yet, please come. This is a famous store that is worth going out of your way to visit. I'll visit you again. It was really delicious.
