The food didn't take long to come. The sauce was not the usual demi-glace, but the original soy sauce-based sauce, and it was quite delicious with a reasonable amount of coarsely ground mustard added. The seasoning of the sauce is probably suitable for any dish, so I expect that this sauce will always be suitable for lunch meat dishes. Depending on the type of meat, mustard and other things may be topped later. The meat was tender and I couldn't tell if it was good quality or not, but I could cut it without a knife. If you have this sauce at home, you can eat it deliciously with cheap meat, so I want to buy it as a souvenir. It was a good shop. I want to go again.
