Shimotsuma, Ibaraki, Japan｜大むらそば

A traditional soba restaurant in the rural area of Ibaraki. The food is delicious with a big portion. The soba is fresh and tasty. The shop environment is cosy and friendly with nice employees chatting with us. They also offer alcohol, which is great for gathering in that shop. I will want to go there again.

Lunch set 850 yen! It's voluminous. I have a mother who takes good care of me. I want to come again. It makes me think that I have to work hard (I ate a lot).

Ordered ginger grilled set meal + small soba (900 yen + 100 yen including tax). Tied for about 5 minutes. At first glance, isn't it a lot? I thought. My partner also smiled bitterly. I would like to thank those who are grateful ^ ^ I don't need this much, so I suddenly had to reduce the amount of rice I eat. However, the taste is really delicious. This is this! ! That's what I thought when I received it. A perfect balance of ginger and soy sauce. The last time I ate it somewhere, I had different flavors of ginger and soy sauce, so I was satisfied with what I had today. The pork is also thick and delicious. it's the best. Personally, I didn't need small buckwheat noodles (because I couldn't eat all of them), and I don't think apples are needed in macaroni salad, but I didn't dislike them so I ate them all. Last time I ate there, it was the ginger grill that changed daily, and the set meal was larger in quantity. That's what I thought, but I'm not sure. Either way I'm satisfied. Thank you for the meal.
