The handmade Hitachiaki soba noodles from Kasama are firm, aromatic and delicious. Mori soba and zaru soba are available in medium to medium sized. Kenchin soup - Contains radish, carrot, shiitake mushroom, fried tofu, sweet potato shells, and handmade konjac. Well, the taste of the soup is also exquisite. I'm glad they offer it all year round. It's nice to eat while warming up in the winter and sweating in the summer. Kakiage - crispy fried carrots, onions, and dried shrimp. Well, I'm surprised at how big it is (it costs 100 yen).
