Kasama, Ibaraki, Japan｜Craft cafe 〜カフェ＆ダインニグ〜

Last day of the three-day holiday (Coming of Age Day). It was crowded even at 14:30. I took a seat near the entrance, but the wind was blowing in and it might be cold in the middle of winter. The order is a hamburger. My wife is Tororo Soba. The Japanese style sauce is refreshing. The juicy and chewy texture goes well with either rice or panda. I don't mind eating it again. Please note that mizuna salad is difficult to eat with a knife and fork. Enjoyed beef hamburg on the last day of the long weekend. It was still crowded even after 14:30. The grilled meat was flooded with juicy sauce and so tender. May come here again to eat it!

The atmosphere inside the store was calm, and the banana and coffee smoothie was delicious. Of course, the vessel is Kasama ware.

It was my first experience. The lecturer explained carefully, and I was immersed and made a flat plate. It is said that it will be completed in 3 months. I look forward to it. Thank you for the wonderful experience!
