A ramen shop that looks like a stylish cafe, has a retro Showa era interior, and has Beatles music in the background, making it typical of the artistic town of Kasama! I had the shellfish soup stock abura soba, which is said to be a popular menu item. Although the shellfish soup stock is a bit modest, it harmonizes with each of the ingredients and intertwines with the medium-thick curly noodles. The taste changes dramatically depending on the vinegar that comes with it...or maybe it's vinegar for the atmosphere. I'm the kind of person who likes to experiment with changing the taste of mazesoba, but I was satisfied even though there were no table seasonings other than the vinegar that came with it! There was already harmony. Visited again with my wife for the Kasamayaki Festival. Tom Yum Goong Ramen has a very refreshing lemongrass scent! The tom yum soup is very tasty and is tailored to the Japanese palate, although it seems like it's to the point! The firm and chewy noodles also go well. Onions are also a nice addition. The thick Chinese noodles are surprisingly light, belying the appearance of plenty of fat. I love the effort it takes to sear the soft char siu. However, personally, I think the soup could be more salty.

A restaurant that I was interested in because of its reputation for abura soba made with shellfish soup. Kasama was a shop I hadn't had the chance to go to, but this time I was finally able to visit it! The parking lot seems to be shared by multiple facilities, so you can park with plenty of space. When I arrived just before the store opened, there were already customers inside (lol) Looks like they opened early There are counter seats, but there are more table seats than I expected, making it easy for families to come in. Another option for ordering is ``Shellfish Dashi Abura Soba.'' The chewy, curly, thick noodles are delicious. Very delicious mazesoba with clam-flavored sauce I’m glad you came! I visited on a Sunday afternoon. I ordered the popular soba mixed with shellfish soup stock. I also added shrimp tender wontons and seasoned extra balls. Mazesoba is delicious with thick noodles and soup stock. The wontons have a nice shrimp aroma and are plump. Kaedama is fragrant and delicious. There was vinegar and chili oil to change the taste, but it was so delicious that it wasn't necessary.
