More Comments at Google MapOrder the green onion ramen chashu rice set + dumplings The first time I came was someday... I've been visiting with my family for at least 6 years. Spicy green onions and fried onions are on top of thick soy sauce ramen with chewy medium-thick noodles. I really like the sauce for the char siu rice here. A taste that goes well with rice, like a sauce for eel kabayaki. It's a meat-lover-friendly flavor that's the best match with the soft char siu. The dumplings are also large and the inside is tight. The quantity is large.
I love the soy sauce flavored Kura Taiko ramen. For Kitakata ramen, the soup is thick and the taste is unique, with a strong umami from the soy sauce. Is the color similar to Shirakawa Ramen or Koriyama Black Ramen? Does it use tamari soy sauce? The char siu is also melty and has a nice taste. It's a taste that makes you want to eat it regularly (^ω^) Of course, you can eat everything straight, including the soup, without adding any seasonings such as pepper (≧∇≦)
delicious. If you want to eat Kitakata ramen, this is it. I was surprised at how spacious the store was. It's easy to go even with family.
