I searched for reviews and went there even though it was far away. At my first restaurant, I eat the mandatory ramen and fried rice. The soup was made with soy sauce and had a dark color, but when I drank it, it had a light taste and went perfectly with the green onion sauce. The noodles are my favorite thin noodles, and even though they are super thin and tend to be soft, they have an exquisite boiling technique that retains their firmness. The chashu was homemade and had a good balance of salt and was soft and crispy.It also went well with the fried rice. I think the soup, noodles, and char siu are important elements to evaluate a restaurant. Finally, I found out that no chemical seasonings are used. My constitution always reacts to chemical seasonings and makes me sick, but I was happy that I didn't react to the soup here. I would like to try the gyoza next time I go.
