Anyway, it was a very delicious miso ramen. The shop is along the national highway, and I knew of its existence for a long time, so I really wished I had used it sooner. The shop seems to have only one clerk, so you may have to wait for the bill, but if you eat such delicious ramen, you shouldn't mind that. I don't care either. I will go again, definitely!

I ate the spicy miso ramen. The price is 880 yen. I couldn't eat it if it was too spicy, so I asked them to adjust the spiciness to make it a little spicier. It was just right. Even if you don't like spicy food, you can ask the owner to adjust the menu for you. I think the noodles are curly and a little thin. It's a type of noodle that goes well with the soup. It had lots of crunchy onions and was delicious. The Showa era atmosphere of having water in the kettle was great. I haven't eaten gyoza, but people who have eaten them say they have a lot of flavor from the beginning and are delicious even without soy sauce. It may be a hidden ramen shop.
