2022/10/18 I visited with a colleague for lunch. Today I ordered "Tenju" 900 yen including tax. Two shrimps and vegetables were fried to be crispy yet soft, and the sauce was sweet but delicious. Especially the rice was new rice and I felt it was very delicious. I will upload a photo. September 2022 I visited for lunch. It's a bright and refreshing shop. It reminded me of the sushi restaurant I used to go to when I lived in Hitachi City. I ordered "raw chirashi" 1,100 yen. I was surprised that it came out in a few minutes whether the preparation was good. As expected, the sushi restaurant's chirashi sushi was delicious. Comes with miso soup and salad. Especially the lean tuna was delicious. Shari has a slightly higher viscosity and tastes are divided. Iced coffee (slightly sweet) is served after the meal. It's a cashless campaign target store in Inashiki City, but I'm sorry that I couldn't pay because the QR code hadn't arrived yet. It seems that I will be able to respond to this time later. By the way, the name of the shop is written as "big package" and read as "daikane". After that, I visited several times during the campaign, and the QR code payment was completed. I had delicious sushi that I can't usually eat at lunch, so I'll upload a photo. Thanks to the campaign, I was able to know a good shop. (PS) Oh yeah, while I was eating at the counter, I dropped the sushi nigiri into the soy sauce plate in front of me, and my white shirt became terrible. The young man who was watching said, "It will come off with carbonated water. I also do well." In a few minutes, the soy sauce was beautifully removed. This is beautiful sushi. It was an excellent souvenir. All of the toppings are delicious, but the medium-fatty fatty tuna is especially delicious.
