Ramen shop in Edosaki A rare ramen shop around here The store has a small capacity, and is always full when I come during lunch. The menu is similar to Gankoyakarugan in Tsukuba. Order sleet, green onion char siu, and spicy miso when visiting. Is the sleet lightly salted and based on pork bones? Grated daikon radish, plum, and mustard leaves have a very nice aftertaste. Spicy miso is really spicy... People who are sensitive to spiciness should be careful I don't really understand the taste from the spiciness Is the base of green onion char siu the same as sleet? The green onions are crunchy and moist, and the consistency is good. The hand-made char siu that is commonly included is not the usual guinea pig, but has a firm hardness. But the taste is good I wonder if there's anything I should write down about the noodles...normally It was cheap and delicious, and it was a store that I would like to visit again in general
Iwanori char siu is the best! ️!! ️!! ️ As you continue eating, the flavor of the rock seaweed begins to seep into the light and gentle soup, changing to the perfect amount of salt. This is a ramen dish that is sure to get you hooked. I'll definitely come back ❣️
