来客対応が素晴らしい。会話が弾み、リラックスムード🎶 The restaurant opened well over 60 years ago at the venue they operate now. On its initial days, there was a Chinese chef. On its opening day, the restaurant invited town dignitaries to the full capacity and entertained them free of charge. The news spread that the taste was such as they had never experienced before. For example, Botanko used a pork bone marrow soup for soup noodle. I remember they would boil the bone soup for several hours to extract the essence of pork bone. They would keep delivering soup noodles to pubs until 3 or 4 o’clock in the morning during the hot summer. That was more than 60 years ago! Things have changed a lot, but there is still something more refined in this restaurant; the exquisite warm hospitality of ordinally local people of Itako together with the customers chatting in a relaxed moods. Hopefully it will continue for ages to come.
