When it first opened, I heard the rumors and visited with my kids and Mameko♪ With wisteria flowers and stuffed animals in the stylish store, it's a must-see for Demon Slayer fans! The important ramen is Choose soy sauce ramen🍜 I really like the noodles from Kanno Seimenjo. Cherry blossoms on top of chashu🌸 The presentation is also great 👍 There is no picture, but I also had horse meat sushi♪ I was very satisfied with the atmosphere of the restaurant, the staff's service, and the taste of the ramen, which was well-balanced and delicious! I'm sure I'll want to eat it again if it's broadcast on TV again... I'll visit you again♪
While I was at the hospital, I wondered if there was a restaurant nearby that looked delicious. I'm very rude, but I came to the store because I wanted to see something scary because I thought it was a "low quality store that just parroted the trendy things" that is common in Tokyo. The moment I entered, I was ashamed of my shallowness. The inside of the store is quite large, and the interior is stylish and has a relaxed atmosphere. Since it is an izakaya at night, it seems that there are separate smoking and non-smoking seats during the day, but I didn't smell any smoke at all, and I was impressed by the high level of awareness of the staff. For the time being, I ordered limited-time tsukemen, mixed soba, meat sushi and boiled gyoza. Also, when I asked the clerk about the horse meat yukhoe that was on the poster, it was on the menu at night, but if you could wait a little longer, it would be fine! and willingly gave me an OK. I forgot to take pictures other than Tsukemen, but I will review in order... ① Kombu water dipping noodles When it first came out, even though it was tsukemen, the noodles were soaked in the soup? ? ? Next, when you scoop up the noodles, it has a unique appearance, and the dipping sauce makes it look refreshing. this is really delicious Light and cool, but not weak in taste It looks beautiful and tastes great, nothing to say The garnished chashu is also delicious, and you can change the taste with condiments so you won't get bored. Disposable chopsticks are recommended, as the provided chopsticks can be slippery when eating. ②Mazemen This is just a small portion of what my wife ordered, but this is also excellent. It has a solid flavor that is typical of mixed soba, but it doesn't feel like a junkie. ③ Boiled dumplings The store clerk brought it to me and said, "Please eat it with sesame oil and salt." This is also delicious... Sesame oil really goes well... It's a little pricey, but if you like boiled dumplings, definitely try it! ④ Meat sushi Meat sushi is recommended! I also ordered this because it was in the reviews There is nothing like the peculiar smell of horse meat, and the meat is very delicious! You can order just 2 pieces, so be sure to order when you come to this shop! ⑤ Yukhoe I've always liked yukhoe, but now I can't eat beef yukhoe anymore, so I had no choice but to order horse meat yukhoe... The yukhoe at this restaurant was really delicious... For the first time, I ate horse meat yukhoe that made me think, ``Isn't this more delicious than beef yukhoe?'' ⑥ Soy sauce ramen All the menu items I ordered were so delicious that I suddenly added soy sauce ramen instead. It looks like a light Chinese soba... but the soup is thick The taste is also delicious, refined yet rich I didn't really like thin noodle ramen until now, but this is by far my favorite soy sauce ramen. [Overview] It was the first time for me to go to a restaurant where everything I ordered was absolutely delicious. I didn't know about such a delicious restaurant until now...... From now on, I would like to stop by every time I come nearby!
