It was a very delicious soba restaurant. My wife doesn't really like Juwari Soba, so I ordered a set of two types of soba: Juwari Soba and Inaka Soba to try it out. However, the 100 percent soba was more chewy than I expected, and it was so delicious that I couldn't tell if it actually didn't use tsunagi, and my wife praised it and said she would have ordered only the 100 percent soba from the beginning. Soba soup comes with it even if you don't ask for it. The egg-cooked rice that I ordered additionally had a red yolk and was chewy and rich.It was also excellent and I would like to come again.

The 100% buckwheat noodles were delicious with good texture, aroma, and smoothness. The atmosphere inside the store is like a private house in the Showa period and was relaxing.

It had charcoal-grilled duck in it 🍆 It had a gentle taste and it felt like the countryside, which was great ♪ Inaka soba is characterized by its thick and chewy texture 🥢 It's served in a gentle soup stock and served with vegetables. If you eat it, you will be full ♪ At the end, I poured soba hot water and relaxed ♪ Finished with soba tea and it was a very satisfying soba ✨ I went from Itako on the Higashikan Expressway and returned via Kasumigaura Ohashi Bridge on the Tokiwa Expressway. 🚗 Speaking of soba, Ibaraki ♪
