This udon restaurant is located a few minutes walk from Taiyo Station on the Oarai Kashima Line. I've been curious about it for a long time, but I was finally able to visit it. Perhaps because of the coronavirus pandemic, a clerk came to my car to call me. We chose the seasonal menu. It's painful but is it okay? The clerk said kindly to me. The taste was delicious. It's spicy, but the flavor is strong and delicious. The noodles are also chewy and good. The soup stock for the meat and green onion udon that my partner ordered was extremely delicious. Next time I would like to compare it with Kansai dashi soup.

For the first time in a while, I found a restaurant near me that serves Kansai-style udon noodles with dashi soup! With this, you may not have to go to Tamatsukuri no Amagiri.
