2023.5.20 (Sat) I entered the store at around 2:30 pm when I was hungry and there was only 30 minutes left in the store, so there was only one other customer. I wanted something warm, so I ordered [Tempura Soba 1,800 yen]. Not only was the soba itself delicious, but the soup stock was also the most elegant I've ever tasted. Maybe there's clams in there as a secret ingredient? ? Of course, the tempura is also perfectly crispy 👍 In addition to the soba noodles, the scenery and interior of the restaurant are also very nice. The garden is well maintained and it feels like you are in Karuizawa (lol) I would definitely like to come again. Thank you for the meal! !

An old private house-style shop that stands alone in the countryside, not far from the banks of Hinuma. I visited during the beautiful autumn leaves season. The interior of the store has a calm atmosphere, and the sunny tatami room is a space where you can spend a relaxing time and enjoy the soba, the building, and the hospitality as a whole. Soba noodles, tamagoyaki, pudding, etc. are delicious. The scent of miso in kenchin soup was superb. If the timing is right, you can catch freshwater clams in Hinuma and see giant eagles flying in the sky.
