Ibaraki, Japan｜Daikokuya

I visited on a Saturday around 11:40. Unfortunately, when I visited over a year ago, it was a closed day, so I was finally able to get revenge. I received salt shijimi ramen and pork cutlet. It was very delicious with a gentle soup made from clam stock. The pork cutlet had a crispy coating and the meat was soft.I was recommended the ponzu sauce, which was very refreshing and delicious.

I went to Daikokuya, a Japanese restaurant. The menu I ordered was the seaweed ramen recommended by the staff!! Since it's New Year's Day, it comes with a small bowl! It was a delicious ramen with large pieces of seaweed on top of the cloudy seaweed soup. Thank you for the meal.

I go here every year to buy melons, but this was my first time eating here. I ordered shijimi ramen salty. Refills on rice are free. This soup was really delicious. Since the soup was a waste, I left a mouthful of rice and poured the remaining soup over it and had it as rice porridge. I would like to eat there again.
