Chen mapo tofu is recommended because you can feel the numbness of Japanese pepper. For those who don't like spicy food, there was Iejo Mapo Tofu. Also, if you ask the store clerk, you can reduce the spiciness.

At the store I was interested in, the parking lot was almost full when I went a little before 12:00 on weekdays. I only had about 40 minutes, but I entered the store with a bet that I would make it in time. The inside of the store was beautiful and there were counters, tables, and parlors. I ordered Iejo Mapo Tofu. I think it came in 10 minutes. I was able to eat slowly. Some reviews said the taste was weak, but I really liked it. The rice was also my favorite. There was a description on the menu that you can have up to one refill. Various condiments are placed on the table. By the time I left the store, there were many other customers visiting, and I was waiting in the parking lot. I would like to try other menu items.

If you run R6 toward Tsuchiura and head toward Kozuru in Ibaraki-cho, you will find Chinese dining Zui, which opened in August, on your right. The building has a very stylish appearance, and the interior of the store has a chic, bright and calm atmosphere. Spacious space with counter seats (6 seats) and table seats (6 seats?). The chef is said to have trained under that iron chef, Mr. Kenichi Chen! "Chen mapo tofu" is given at the top of the menu for both lunch and dinner. Jazz background music flows slowly in the store, and it is very stylish! I don't think it's a Chinese restaurant (^^; I ordered chicken tantanmen "chisu tantanmen" mini chen mapo tofu and rice. It seems that the rice can be refilled once.The taste is delicious anyway! ! Even though it's such an authentic dish, the cost performance is the best! Order 3 items for 1265 yen!! I want to conquer the other dishes as well. Payment can be made in cash or electronic payment (PayPay, etc.). At the time of accounting, I will bring a place card in the seat. The Mini Chen Mapo Tofu was not on the dinner menu, but when I asked for it, they accepted it (^^;
