The soup was so gentle that I could drink it all up, but it was just right, not too thin and not too thick. As for the char siu rice bowl, the hardness of the rice was just right, and I don't like things that are too spicy, but it was just the right amount of spiciness. The char siu itself has a weak taste, so you may want to season it with table seasonings, but I ate it with the salt ramen soup. I think 750 yen for a single salt ramen is quite cheap in this day and age, and the taste was absolutely delicious! It may be fun to find your favorite flavor by adding toppings freely for 750 yen + α. The atmosphere of the shop was an image of Kitana Shuran, but I was betrayed in a good way, and the shopkeeper and the maids were very polite. I think there were about 3 counter seats and 4-person table seats. There was also a basket for luggage storage and a chair for children, so I think there is no problem with consideration around here.
