I was surprised that there was a shoe rack. I had some expensive shoes in there so I was worried about them getting lost. The atmosphere, sound, and customer base are good.

It was a handmade soba restaurant in Ibaraki that I happened to visit. I was more surprised by the inside of the store than the outside. I fully enjoyed the handmade soba noodles while listening to comfortable jazz in a spacious space with tasteful works of art using high-grade wood. It's soba in the summer, but I thought the nodogoshi was great. The biggest feature is the high-performance audio equipment that the owner boasts, which can be said to be on par with jazz cafes.
