More Comments at Google MapThe inside of the store is small and there are not many seats, but it feels nice and not cramped. However, the table at the table seemed a bit small💦 This time I sat at the counter, but the kitchen that I could see from the counter was very beautiful, and in a good way, it didn't give me the image of a ramen shop. The taciturn manager-like person was making ramen indifferently. Are we the only parents and children who felt that this was a big deal... On our first day today, we both liked salt ramen, so of course we ordered salt. was delicious(,,•﹏•,,) I drank all the soup ( ー̀ڡ ー́ ) For salt ramen, you can choose from two types of pork belly or loin! Also, the menma are long💦 It's probably a bamboo shoot cut lengthwise. I couldn't help but laugh😆 I think I'll try a different flavor next time. This is one of the ramen shops I would definitely go to again 😁
It's a shop that opened about two years ago. I think it's the most delicious in Hokota. People who like Missing Kotetsu should like this place too. This time, I ordered salt ramen with chicken stock and free back fat topping. The char siu you can choose from is low-temperature roast meat. The price is 880 yen. Ingredients are 2 slices of char siu, green onion, onion, seaweed, Japanese mustard spinach, and pickled bamboo shoots. Can I say that the clear salt soup has no thorns as it looks? A gentle yet strong taste. The char siu is smoked, so it has a strong aroma. Even if you eat this char siu, you can clearly understand the scent of the soup. It's such a delicious soup. Noodles are piro piro flat noodles. It lifts the soup, so the delicious taste comes in directly. I also like the combination of the spiciness of the green onions and the sweetness of the backfat. Komatsuna is also crispy, and it makes me happy to think that they are using Hokota vegetables. It was an easy-to-eat ramen that would make you want to eat another bowl of half-size ramen. They also sell limited Mazesoba on Thursdays and Fridays. We also added miso ramen and tsukemen, which weren't available last year. I want to go again.
Whatever you eat is delicious. It's relatively empty on weekday nights, so it's a good place to go. There may be a queue for lunch on weekends if the timing is bad, but I think it's worth it. Please come and try it.
