The combination of numbingly spicy and rich mapo and moderately thick noodles is outstandingly delicious. After eating the noodles, the leftover mapo tofu is served with rice in a mapo rice bowl. Small is too small and definitely not enough, so medium or higher is recommended. I am satisfied to meet delicious mapo noodles.
