More Comments at Google MapThis month, as it is our wedding anniversary, we visited the French restaurant "Yukisonan" in Hitachiomiya City, which was listed as a famous gourmet restaurant in "Gault et Millau", which is also known as "Michelin Guide". I brought my wife to visit for lunch. The gate has an elegant nameplate, a river flows through the garden, and Nishikigoi sway gracefully in the pond. The building, an old private house, was built in the early Showa period. From the moment you enter the front door to the space where you eat, you will be transported back to the Showa era and sooth your soul. The cuisine has its origins in French cuisine🇫🇷, but the full course menu is full of originality created by the owner and chef, Yoshiki Fuji, and each one is exquisite. It has a fireplace and uses firewood to highlight the flavor of the fish and meat dishes. Its deliciousness is impressive. The dishes on which the food is placed are also made from locally sourced Gozenyama yaki and are quite stylish. My husband and I enjoyed delicious food and a relaxing space. My tongue and soul were satisfied and I was very satisfied. I returned from the extraordinary world to the real world, with my hair held back. We would like to thank Chef Yoshiki Fuji for creating delicious dishes with all his heart, and Mr. Ichinozawa for his wonderful customer service. Surrounded by a stylish exterior, garden, and interior, this is a restaurant where you can enjoy elaborate cuisine at your leisure. Under the theme of Basque × French × Terroir, you can enjoy dishes that use plenty of local ingredients. Although there was no menu, perhaps because the menu changes with the seasons, each dish was carefully explained. Truffle caramel, beef cheek fricando, red sea bream, Meishan pork, and dessert were all delicious! Fricando is the best with guinea fowl, mushrooms and peanuts. You can fully enjoy the crunchy outside and fluffy inside of the red sea bream, which is seasoned with a clam sauce from Hinuma. The dessert honeycomb, Toulon, air chocolate, and basque cheesecake were all delicious. If I had to say it, the marinated catfish has a slight odor, and although the menu changes with the seasons, I thought it would be nice to have a menu! rice field
I used it for my twin daughters' 20th birthday eight years ago. It was a 6,000 yen dinner, but it was very delicious and the customer service was great, and the family of four was very happy. My 30th wedding anniversary is coming up soon, and my daughters are going to have children, so I wanted to go again. Unfortunately, it seems that it is no longer a store that ordinary people go to. (originally?) I was very impressed with the customer service of the short-haired woman at the time, and I wanted to go again, but it's a shame.
