That's excellent! It is located along the road leading from the city of Kashima to the highway along Kitaura. The bright red Chinese style wall is accented with a blinder of a foreign woman drinking coke. In the interior, table seats and raised seats spread all the way to the back. My favorite Happosai and boiled gyoza. Boiled dumplings are served with a thin skin and plenty of bean paste soaked in hot water. The bean paste is filled with pork, Chinese cabbage, sweet Chinese chives, and the perfect accent of green onions and spices. Happosai is generously placed on a large plate of about 35 cm, and Chinese cabbage, bamboo shoots, dried shiitake mushrooms, turnips, carrots, shrimp, and pork are added to a plain water base with soy sauce and oyster oil. It is stewed in flavored bean paste. The taste is not strong, and it has a natural depth and is delicious. Boiled dumplings and Happosai are not too salty or seasoned, and they are natural and delicious. The rice comes with salad, pickled vegetables, tomato, and Chinese soup by default, and I felt that the health of the diners was taken into consideration, so I was very grateful. The service is natural, kind and very comfortable. It was crowded with lovers of this shop as soon as it opened. It's only when you actually enter a store that you can appreciate how good it is!

The menu was quite large and delicious. I ordered ramen and reba tang. The ramen was good and easy to eat with the feeling of old-fashioned ramen. The crispy batter of Leba Tang brings out the flavor of the liver the more you chew it. Recommended for those who like alcohol (*´ω`*) I would like to go again when I have time. (This is a picture of when I was eating leba tang)

I visited for lunch. The second parking lot nearby is wider than the parking lot in front of the store, making it easier to park. There are many seats in the tatami room. I got Gomoku fried rice. Satisfied with the taste and quantity. It is a recommended shop that comes with small bowls and offers sweets for children on the way home.
