This is my first visit. This is my second time having expensive eel, but this one apparently uses natural eel. When you eat it, the first bite is fluffy! There was no eel smell and it was really refreshing! Is farmed eel quite rich? I had an image of it being delicious, but it was really refreshing and I ate it in one go. It's a sauce that lets you taste the flavor of eel itself. Is the soup also eel liver? I heard that they use this, and it was refreshing too! Apparently the eel is grilled after guests arrive, so it took about 30 minutes. If you make a reservation, they will have it ready for you right away. Apparently there are average, upper, and premium, and the upper one is recommended. Apparently the amount of eel is different. Next time, I would like to try the grilled eel with natural salt and wasabi! I'm also a little interested in the soft-shelled turtle lol I think it's perfect for anniversaries with a calm atmosphere. Will visit again This time I made a reservation for my grandson's first meal. At the beginning of the meal, the dishes are served on black lacquerware for girls. The sea bream grilled with salt was served ( ◠‿◠ ) We have seasonal appetizers, seasonal matsutake mushrooms and pike conger steamed in an earthenware pot, stone-grilled A5 rank Hitachi beef with sweet fatty marbling, eel liver soup from Lake Hamana, and rice crackers on the spine. The shop is also wrapped in a Japanese atmosphere, so I was able to enjoy a very moist and calm meal at the beginning of the meal.

I made a reservation for a normal room, but it seems that a group has entered, and I was able to use a private room at no additional charge. In a quiet room, I am very satisfied with delicious eel that I have never eaten before. I highly recommend the shop to everyone. What I received was the eel mini kaiseki ¥ 6000 and homemade Nanko plum juice.
