I happened to be passing by a Chinese restaurant, and it was amazing! ︎It was super delicious! ︎Tanmen is super delicious, fried rice is super delicious!! ︎Personally, I don't think it's an exaggeration to say that it was the best tanmen of my life. I will definitely go again!! ︎

Mapo tofu is really delicious. I ordered chashu ramen, gyoza, and mapo tofu. In particular, the mapo tofu is not spicy but has a melting consistency and delicious flavor. It's far from Tokyo, but I want to go there just to eat mapo tofu. Next time I go, I plan to order a single piece of mapo tofu in addition to the mapo tofu set meal.

It is a town Chinese that represents the northern part of Hokota City. The customers are diverse, ranging from farmer aunts to suits, but each of them has their own favorite menu, and I think that they are growing from repeaters to regulars. Almost 100% of the independently owned restaurants in Hokota City use locally grown Koshihikari rice, so the rice is really good. Also, the person who writes that it tastes bad is probably a first-timer who is not a local, right? It's good not to come again (laughs)
