More Comments at Google MapLevanilla was delicious! When I ordered gyoza, they served me one, probably because there were three of us. The gyoza was plump and delicious, and the ramen tasted like old-fashioned soy sauce ramen, which was great!
The location and atmosphere of a rural town that is irresistible for Chinese food lovers. And he looks grumpy, but he's a kind man. Tanmen was the best.
Away from the city of Oarai, a ramen shop that appears alone in an area where there are almost no restaurants and restaurants around. Hinuma can be seen directly across the street, and there is nothing but fields around. The distance from Oarai Station is about 5 km, 7-8 minutes by car, 20 minutes by bicycle, or 1 hour on foot. Most of the customers are regulars from the neighborhood, but it seems that cyclists who run along Hinuma also come often. In addition, there is no parking lot, basically everyone parks in front of the store. Both the appearance and the interior have the atmosphere of a traditional Chinese restaurant in a town. You can feel the Showa era from the price setting of ramen 450 yen. To be honest, up until the stage of my visit, I ordered it while thinking, "It feels like ramen that has been around for a long time, and it must be delicious, but it's probably not that great." The only part I had was the "traditional" style chicken bone soy sauce ramen, and it tasted great. The soup, which has a faint scent of ginger and green onions, has a very high degree of perfection.... Including the chashu, which has a little fat, it's not greasy at all, and it's delicious. As a ramen, it's nothing special, it's nothing out of the ordinary, but...for that reason, when I'm eating it, I eat it quickly, but after a few days, I'll say, "Speaking of which, that ramen was good." It was such a delicious taste that it made me want to go back again after remembering it. The gyoza dumplings are so packed that the skin is bursting, and the visual impact is quite strong. The crunchy texture of the cabbage remains, and as you chew, the flavor of the meat juices and chives spreads out. Since it is not seasoned very much, you can make your own taste with the pickled sauce and eat it. Because it is often ordered as a side order for other dishes such as ramen, I wonder if it is made lightly with plenty of vegetables and light seasoning. However, the volume is quite large, and this is also a great deal at 450 yen. In addition to ramen, there are several stir-fry menus such as revanilla and egg and chive stir-fry. Levanilla is especially popular, and I was surprised when I actually tried it. The thick liver is perfectly cooked and soft, and you can feel the sweetness. Combined with the crunchy chives and bean sprouts and the spicy sauce, there was an ideal revanilla that could only be described as perfection. There are rice menus such as fried rice and Chinese rice bowls, but most orders are either ramen + gyoza or levanilla + rice. It may not be a place where you can easily go due to its location, but if you have a chance to cycle along Hinuma, I would like you to try this Levanilla.
