Hitachiomiya, Ibaraki, Japan｜Sobafuji

I went on a tour🏍️ to visit Soba Fuji in Hitachi Omiya, which is famous for soba noodles😊 The appearance is really nice⤴️👍 It’s even better inside the store 🤩 The neighborhood dad was drinking bottled beer during the day, which made the atmosphere even better👌 Now, speaking of soba, it's seriously delicious😋!! ️ I can get 3 of these😍 It had a firm texture and a good scent, and it went in easily and disappeared quickly. I also ordered the katsudon, and the soy sauce flavor was good. The cutlet was a little thin, but I ate it with the mori soba katsudon🥰 When I arrived, there were two groups of customers. Soba Fuji is so delicious that you can eat soba without lining up at lunch time♪ If it's nearby, it's definitely a shop I'll go to 🥳 This is quite a hidden spot 😍 I got candy when I left 😋

I visited the store at opening time, spending two hours enjoying the peaceful scenery. I ordered a large serving of mori soba and katsudon. The soba noodles are thinly sliced, chewy, and very delicious. The soba soup is a little less sweet, but it has a sharp taste that goes well with it. It's normal for katsudon to have piping hot toppings on top of the rice, but at this low price, the deliciousness far exceeded my expectations. I will keep coming back as long as my life lasts!

The seasonal wild vegetable tempura is plentiful and delicious! This time I chose udon, but it was the chewy type. The soup is also delicious. The people at the store are also very nice. I got Ame-chan on the way home♩I want to come with my family next time.
