More Comments at Google MapWe ordered the special Ankou nabe (one serving) + Ojiya set and the special Ankou Tendon. Many of the restaurants at Ankou require a reservation, but I heard that they are open for one person without a reservation, and that they are open even on national holidays. Located on the 1st floor of Kasuga Hotel near the Nakaminato Fish Market, there is a large free parking lot in front of the store. The monkfish nabe is a one-serving dish with plenty of ingredients from various parts, and the yuzu-flavored liver and miso broth are very delicious. When you finish eating the ingredients, add the dashi stock and make it a ojiya. It's not too salty and it's also delicious. The monkfish tempura bowl is full of liver and body tempura, and is it pumpkin, eggplant, or garland chrysanthemum without bitterness? It rides well and the volume is perfect. By the way, the difference between the ``monkfish hot pot set meal'' and ``anko hotpot bento'' on the menu is that the set meal is a set of monkfish hot pot for one person that is heated with solid fuel, vinegar, sashimi, etc., and the bento is grilled fish, tempura, boiled food, etc. It's a Shokado set with it, and neither can be done. The store clerk is polite and kind, so it's comfortable. It's a little interesting to leave the store and finish the payment at the front desk of the hotel. On the way home, I bought some fish liver at the fish market and tried to recreate it, but it still doesn't come close to the store's taste easily. I definitely want to come again.
I came to Ibaraki for a trip, so I wanted to eat local food, so I searched for a place that was close to the Hitachinaka Aquarium and found this shop. The parking lot is also free, so it's nice for those who come by car. It seems that it is attached to the hotel, and it seems that you can enjoy delicious sake and appetizers at night, but I visited at lunch. The store clerk is also smiling, serving menus and tea, and the atmosphere inside the store is also ◎. This time I ordered a set meal of monkfish and tempura and a set meal of sautéed swordfish tuna. This is another fluffy thing about the anglerfish... I'm glad I went in this season... Tempura is also crispy. The vegetables were delicious as well as the fish. Way to go Ibaraki! The sautéed tuna was also cooked in front of me, so I could enjoy it with my eyes and smell, and it was very delicious. Miso soup is also seaweed akadashi miso soup unique to the port. I was hooked…. It was a very happy time to be able to enjoy the delicacies of Ibaraki slowly. I would like to visit you again when I go to Ibaraki. Thank you also to the store clerk who served customers. In that heavy rain and typhoon, I entered the store soaking wet, but I didn't complain.
I went to eat monkfish. I ordered the Monkfish Tendon because it was original. I was very satisfied with the generous portion.
